I work with design and strategy for startup companies to global brands. I specialize in brand communication strategy, and creative direction through an art direction lens.
I like to work with stories, myth, archetype and metaphor as the building blocks to create and shape new brands and help old ones find their soul again.
I attended the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. I also hold an Internet Design Certificate from San Francisco State University’s Multimedia Studies Program in 1999, and a BA in Communications and English from California State University Fullerton.
I am also the founder and creative director for a lifestyle-focused canned wine brand, Free Public Wines, and was an integral partner in bringing it to market on the West Coast. I created the brand direction and put the design system in place, including naming, design of packaging and collateral, launching the social media approach, as well as forming the startup team.
